I became a coach to help people improve their quality of life, manage their challenges and build a fruitful and happy future.
Your health and well-being are at the centre of that. We will look not only at the individual components of your lifestyle (diet, exercise, sleep and much more) — we will look comprehensively at you as a complete and complex human being, identify your challenges and goals, and design a step by step process that increases your health and fulfillment as you create the life you’ve always wanted.

Health and Well-Being Coaching
I can support your transformation into a healthier, more energetic and joyful you so that you are able to live life to the fullest.
I work with people learning to navigate the health and wellbeing challenges arising from ageing, and with women who have achieved professional success yet are feeling overwhelmed, stuck and unfulfilled.
I am passionate about maintaining health, stamina and joy as we move into and within our “seasoned” years. I believe we can learn to manage and navigate ageing with grace and live a purposeful and happy life.
As a former “rat race” participant, I understand and relate to the feeling many women experience when trying to balance non-negotiable priorities while running on empty and with no time for self.
I will partner with you to co-create your vision of a healthiest, peaceful, more energetic and joyful self. Your vision may include:- achieving and sustaining a healthy weight
- creating or optimizing an exercise regime
- toning your muscles
- learning relaxation techniques
- improving your eating habits, or
- anything else affecting your overall health and wellness.

THREE phases, ONE target outcome:
A healthy, balanced, purposeful and joyous YOU!

FIRST, we clarify what areas of your health and wellbeing need attention.
We will look at:
- Your physical environment
- Your nutrition and lifestyle choices
- Your physical activity and exercise
- Your sleep and rest
- Your fulfilment and purpose
- Your mental and emotional well being
- Your specific health concerns
- Anything else important to your overall health and wellness

SECOND, we decide what to prioritize and work on.
In a series of one-on-one sessions, we will attend to:
- Formulating your vision of a healthier, more joyful and balanced you to guide the work forward
- Prioritizing what areas to work on first, and
- Setting specific goals and/or a direction for the desired changes

THIRD, we take action and move towards your desired outcome while enabling sustainable and healthy changes.
This phase includes:
- Building systems and processes that will support relevant changes
- Identifying and implementing concrete steps to move forward
Creating and practicing a philosophy of conscious and purposeful living - Identifying habits and patterns that need to be changed
- Helping you get “unstuck”: looking at all those habits and routines you know need to be adjusted, and having an actionable plan for change (e.g. lose weight, exercise more, drink less alcohol, eat a balanced diet, meditate)
- Reviewing nutrition and lifestyle patterns and supporting modifications to improve overall wellness
- Providing specific suggestions and support to initiate or improve physical activities as needed
